Alpha Phi Omega is a gender-inclusive national service fraternity. Founded in 1925 in Easton, PA by Frank Reed Horton, the fraternity upholds the beliefs of leadership, friendship and service. Begun as a fraternity associated with the Boy Scouts of America (as it remains today), APO has grown for over 86 years to include 17,000 male and female student leaders on 361 college campuses across the country. Phi Chapter is located in Syracuse, NY and is open to Syracuse University (SU) and SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (SUNY-ESF) students.
